FAQ’s
Although we’ve done everything we can do to make building your custom event website as simple as possible, we understand that you still may have some questions about the process. We’ve included a list of the most common questions we are asked on this page, if you don’t see your inquiry addressed, please feel free to contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
How Long does it take to get our website back to us after we fill out your request form?
In most cases a day or two. There are exceptions (wedding parties with many bridesmaids and groomsmen, for example), but we can put your event together fairly quickly.
We do strongly suggest that you put your website request in to us leaving enough time to account for delays with invitation printing, and giving your guests ample time to RSVP and calendar your event. At least 35-40 days prior to your event should b e your minimum.
What do I get back from you and where do I go from there?
Once we complete the draft of your website we will forward the link to you to double check dates, times, addresses, name spelling, etc. When you give us a thumbs up that everything is correct, we then send you a link and QR code for your planning.
Other people enjoy sending their event invite via email, in which case you can send either a website direct link or QR code in the email. or both.
Guests can then sign onto their computers, laptops, tablets or cell phones and RSVP, calendar the dates, and visit your registry.
Some people like to produce formal invitations, in which case you should include somewhere on the invitation, or on a separate sheet of paper the QR code that they can scan from their phones. That will take your guests directly to your website where they can RSVP, purchase from your registry, etc.
How does the gift registry work?
We strongly encourage our customers to set goals as their gift registry. make it fun, and give your attendees less to have to carry to the event. Here's a few examples:
- Weddings, you could have your guests help to fund your honeymoon, or contribute to the down payment on your new home.
- Graduations, how about letting guests help you fund a trip abroad.
- Cash gifts
- Specific item Costs "contribute to our new dishware set", etc.
The list is endless. Your attendees can contribute right then and there, no hassle to pick up a gift that you may or may not need, they don't have to bring it and you don't have to get it home.
It's a great idea, and exciting to see just how excited your guests will be to help you attain something that you really want.
Of course, we can also provide a link to conventional gift registries at stores where people can go and purchase items as well.
Is this really free? What's the catch?
Here's the whole scoop. Yes, the website for your event is free to you. You can, however, choose to add things to your website at an additional cost.
For instance, a great addon is giving all of your guests the ability to upload the pictures that they take at the event, in a photo gallery for you to keep. It's a great value, and gives you photos that you can download and keep forever after your event.

We make our money from the gift registry on the site. We make a small percentage of the purchased gifts, and It is enough to cover our costs of our service.
What if our event is cancelled or re-scheduled?
Not a problem. Simply contact us on our contact page, and give us the updated information. We'll update or cancel your site, based on your need.
Some additional items may not be refundable. We'll make you aware of any of these items as you purchase them.
How do I get my RSVP responses?
RSVP's will be sent directly to the email address you provide. A lot of our customers create an email address just for this purpose, so that responses don't get mixed in with personal or business emails.
